This company simply cheated us, starting with a product with a choice of two tarpaulins on each side, they told us that they only had green for the large size we needed (when I had ordered two different colours). When the tarpaulins arrived they had only one layer, effectively of green fabric, two of them (there were six) only had eyelets in the corners. In the conversation from which I add an extract, you can clearly see how I talk about two fabrics and he tells me that they can be green, without making it clear to me that it is only one layer... Then they claim that they are not referring to two layers but to two sides, but evidently a fabric always has two sides... They do not specify two waterproof sides. They simply mislead you.
On the other hand don't trust Alibaba's insurance at all, in this case, with photos, etc. and the serious prejudice they did to us, they tell us that they can do nothing and that the only thing they can offer is a refund of 300 dollars on the 781 paid ...

1.The buyer knew he need 120gsm for roof protection, it shows he knows about the tarpaulins, but 120gsm is not suitable for the roof protection, so we suggest he ordered 180gsm, he agreed.
2.About the color, becuase we are professional manufacturer, production as the customer's request, I told the customer they only buy 5pieces, too few，I suggest he changed another color,he agreed, please check the proof in the attachment.
3.All tarpaulins are the same in the market, HDPE weaving fabric in the middle, LDPE coating on both sides, please check the proof.
4.The buyer are in the hurry to place the order, no need samples to check it.
5.He opened the dispute and only want refund, don't return goods to us.
6.I ever refunded to the buyer, but the buyer insist on paying and ordering the products, he was afraid to lose the Handling Fees.
